The V6

A lot of people questioned why a v6. Many people said why not put a 308 in, also a lot of people said, why not put an rb20det in there. Now the rb20det would be equally as easy as this was. So why did I stick with the V6?

Well reason number 1 is that I had a crashed vn commodore sitting in my garage with all the running gear in tact as well as the engine. Also my particular engine had a manual gearbox shoved on the rear, had very few k's for its age...

2nd reason being that the V6 makes more power standard than the 308 that came out in the vb-vl. Having 127kw over the 125... Also it is a much lighter engine and gearbox combo makes for a good integration.
